Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the files and specifications provided. Changes to geometry, material, quantity or finish may change price and timeline.

Production & delivery

Production begins after written quotation approval and any agreed advance. Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith; we notify you promptly of any change.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your designs. Balloon3D uses supplied files only to manufacture your order and does not reproduce or share them without written permission.

Quality

Every part is inspected before dispatch. If a delivered part does not meet the agreed specification, notify us within 7 days and we will reprint or resolve it.
