Upload your file (STL, STEP, or a drawing) through the Get a Quote page, or send it to us on WhatsApp or email — that's what starts the process.
We review it for printability, confirm the right technology and material, and send back a quote with pricing and an estimated turnaround.
That's fine — describe your idea or send reference images/sketches, and our design team can help develop it into a printable file first.
We check every file for wall thickness, overhangs and other printability issues before confirming your quote, and will flag anything that needs adjusting.
Depending on the process, the part goes through cleaning, curing or post-processing, then a quality check, before it's packed and shipped or ready for pickup.
