It depends on how the part will be used — strength, flexibility, heat resistance, and surface finish all point toward different materials. Tell us the application and we'll recommend a material, or send your file and we'll suggest options with your quote.

FDM materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, CF blends) are thermoplastics printed as filament, generally chosen for functional strength and cost-efficiency. MSLA resins are liquid photopolymers cured with UV light, chosen for fine surface detail and dimensional precision.

Yes — TPU in FDM and Flexible resin in MSLA both give a rubber-like, bendable result, useful for gaskets, grips and wearable parts.

Yes — High-temperature resin and engineering-grade FDM materials like ABS and Nylon are available for parts exposed to heat.

SLS-printed Nylon PA12 is generally our most durable option for complex, end-use functional parts, alongside CF-reinforced FDM blends for parts needing high stiffness.
